Ροδίαλος στα αρχαία
ελληνικά ονομαζόταν η ροδιά της θάλασσας. Το ίδιο όνομα
έχει μια πρωτότυπη μονάδα εναλλακτικού τουρισμού που βρίσκεται
σε μια από τις πολλές ακτές της βόρειας Κρήτης, στο δήμο
Γεροποτάμου Ρεθύμνης.
