Rodialos is mansion located in the Nothern coast of Crete near the village of Panormon, right in the middle of the island, upon one of the so many, rocky shores of Crete.

The mansion is built in the middle of a wide private field. Its architecture, painting technics and colors follow the style of Minoan palaces built in the era of the ancient Minoan Crete.

Cretan cuisine is well known all over the world as one of the healthiest
and "lightest" in the world due to the fact that all meals - in our case,   prepared with solely biological ingredients - are cooked with olive oil.
   The courses offered are taking place in the "Rodialos Mansion", a
     Minoan-styled villa located by the sea.

We also organize groups for yoga,sailing,mountain bike,excursions,walking,tai chi,and other allternative activities that combine vacations with a natural,healthy way of life
